Main Contractor Appointed
Innovo Build LLC, part of the Innovo Group, has been appointed as the main contractor, bringing its proven expertise and craftsmanship as The Alba rises as a well-living destination. A leader in ultra-luxury construction, Innovo, is also leading the construction of several of our Palm Jumeirah masterpieces, such as AVA at Palm Jumeirah, ORLA and ORLA Infinity, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
Site Mobilisation and Foundation Works Advancing
Construction activity is underway, with the site being fully mobilised and progressing in a coordinated and controlled manner. Key foundation and structural works are steadily progressing, with key structural elements completed and on-site activity accelerating.
Raft Foundation Commencement
Raft foundation works will commence in December 2025, marking the beginning of the development’s vertical rise and a defining step in bringing this exceptional beachfront destination to life.
These updates reflect our commitment to achieving the set milestones in accordance with the completion date in 2028 reaffirming the high standards of construction quality.
